Are you ready to film every month?
Come in. Read. Work your scene. Leave. Or stay for the entire night and watch other actors work. One on one, audition coaching. Work on your audition, and cold reading skills. Everyone gets a digital copy.
Auditions get easier when they stop feeling unfamiliar.
Our San Antonio audition training nights give actors a place to practice auditioning regularly.
Take the Anxiety Out of Auditioning.
Work on new material, get comfortable performing under pressure, and build confidence in front of the camera. This is not a traditional acting class where you have to stay for a two-hour session. You're certainly welcome to stay the whole night and read multiple times. The more often you audition, the less intimidating the process becomes. Instead of waiting weeks or months for a real audition to practice your skills, you can work on audition sides, cold reads, do your self-tapes, monologues, commercial copy, film scenes, television scenes, and on-camera acting several times each week.
Audition anxiety is real.
You get the sides. You start overthinking the lines. You worry about making the "right" choice. Then suddenly you're standing in front of a camera trying to remember everything you practiced at home. Our audition training is designed to make that process feel normal.
By practicing consistently in an actual on-camera audition environment, actors become more comfortable making choices, taking direction, adjusting performances, and working through mistakes without freezing up. You don't need to be perfect. You need reps.
Each session gives you the opportunity to work the same skills you'll use for professional film, television, commercial, and self-tape auditions. Come in with material you're currently working on, or use material provided during the session. You can also do your self-tape during the mocks, on top of working on other material. It's your time to work on what you want.
Read it. Perform it. Watch it back. Make an adjustment. Do it again.
Sometimes the biggest improvement comes from one small change—a different eyeline, slowing down a line, changing your movement, or simply becoming comfortable enough to stop thinking about the camera.
Actors also receive digital copies of their recorded performances, allowing you to watch your work later and see your progress over time. That means your audition practice doesn't end when you leave the studio. You can review your performance, study your choices, identify habits, and compare your work as you continue developing as an actor. It's one thing to remember how you felt during a scene. It's completely different to see what the camera actually saw.
Whether you're a brand-new actor preparing for your first audition or an experienced performer who wants more consistent camera time, our San Antonio acting and audition training sessions give you a place to keep your skills sharp. There is no pressure to stay all night.
Come work your material and head home, or stay, watch, learn, and work alongside other San Antonio actors. The idea is simple:
